A Journey of Passion,
Purpose & Healing

My name is Veda Lall, and my passion for wellness, beauty, and self-care began at a very young age while growing up in Guyana. From childhood, I was drawn to natural skin care, healthy green living, beauty, and the joy of helping others feel confident, cared for, and beautiful in their own skin.

Over the years, my love for wellness continued to grow. I pursued professional training in medical aesthetics and the beauty industry, while also developing a deep appreciation for Ayurvedic-inspired natural herbs and wellness treatments. After completing my studies and practical training at Medical Beauty College, I knew it was time to follow my dream and create a space where clients could receive thoughtful care, learn about suitable skin-care and wellness options, and feel their very best.

Vdara Wellness Centre was created from my belief that true beauty begins with wellness, balance, and self-care. Inspired by modern skin-care techniques and the timeless traditions of Ayurveda, I offer personalized treatments designed to help clients relax, restore, and renew.
